There are three different ways you can enroll into Global Care Medical Group

The three options include:

 

• #1  Medi-cal: For lower income individuals/families enrolling into, or currently in Medi-cal HMOs.
• #2  Commercial/Private Insurance HMOs: Through Covered California on the exchange or directly through a health plan carrier, otherwise known as off-exchange.
• #3  Medicare HMO Plans: Enroll through a Medicare Advantage or Cal-Mediconnect plan. .
